The renowned media personality made this known in a recent post she made on the personal social media handle on the popular social media platform, Twitter.
The post she made reads;

“We live in a country where the government ambulance tells people “sorry we can’t help we are busy””

The post got some reactions from social media users. Some of the reactions are;

@ZabaMfeka – Yep, this is our reality. We called an ambulance for my late mom last year and it was the longest 3 hour wait and eventually when it arrived my mom had already passed away.

@TheBlackFlorist – I can testify. 2 years ago my friend ddnt know I have a medical aid called public they kept asking my ID etc and she ddnt know them. The guy hung up and said I’m busy for your nonsense

@star_lacoste – I’ll never forget when my aunt couldn’t breathe, I was crying on the phone as I spoke to one of their consultants, did this lady not tell me to stop crying because I’m making a noise or else she wouldn’t help me… minutes later, my aunt gave up

@maitehaitimate – Experienced this first hand- Elegance7
