Seeing this, fans on Twitter have been praising him for such good work and showing the youths that farming is another way of making money in Zimbabwe. These are the comments to Freeman’s post,

“Heavy Freeman. That is being exemplary keep up the good work.”

“You inspire the youths man. Great work.”

“You are doing well man. DO not listen to haters and take money where the money is as long as they are clean deals.”

“If you have the opportunity to take money from both sides, do not wait.”

This post of Freeman in a field comes after the musician posted on Twitter that as artists in Zimbabwe the lockdown has negatively impacted their lives. Financially they are struggling and it is time COVID-19 pandemic ends.

Since the lockdown musicians have not been able to perform and this has affected their financial balance. In January Andy Muridzo’s manager confirmed that the musician has turned to piggery as a way of boosting his finances.

Other artists like Jah Prayzah have so much going with besides music which is helping them financially. The Military Touch Movement has now a logistics department which has trucks delivering goods all over Zimbabwe.

COVID-19 has surely taught people to be innovative and not dependent on a particular line of things because we do not know what tomorrow holds.
